  • Ed Stalling begins at the Kona Bridge aid station with ambitious plans to finish strong.
  • Chad expresses interest in the Sheep Mountain Leg, though he remains undecided.
  • Lydia Larsen is committed to the final sunrise leg and might be persuaded to take on a night leg.
  • Laurie Stalling is preparing for the sunrise finale on University Mountain, where a dance party is anticipated.
  • Julie Huck‘s main goal is to rise early enough for the last leg. Fingers crossed she makes it, bolstered by some potent coffee.
  • Rich Shattuck, coming from Bozeman, hopes his knees have healed since the PH100. He is a veteran RMVQ participant.
  • Dave Chenault has recently decided to join this year’s ride as he prepares to leave Missoula.
  • I am considering attempting a record time, despite this year’s route being more challenging than last.

This roster and the individual aspirations reflect the diverse and spirited community participating in this year’s event, each bringing their unique goals and excitement to the challenge.
