The Devoto Grove

The Devoto Grove Picnic Area & Trailhead is only 12 miles from the Montana border in northeastern Idaho along the Northwest Passage Scenic Byway and US Highway 12. We enjoy a break from our travels by taking a stroll on down this accessible interpretive trail and memorial to Bernard DeVoto: a conservationist and historian of the American west.
