The lodges were booked up but we were able to snag a Sunday cabin at Lolo Hot Springs. This left us with some local Missoula Adventures.  So we headed up to the Rattlesnake Recreation Area with the bikes. Me on the Mukluk in hopes of some snow covered trails.

What we found were April like conditions, tall grass, and MUD.  Oh well, change of plan, bike cleaning will be needed. Actually the Mukky was clean when we got home because I can tread lighter then the average skinny even leaving the trail when it gets mukky.

I was able to ride the Mukluk up a popular trail name Turkey Run backwards. The Mukluk is a climbing beast. We frolicked the day away and rode home to barbeque and to lay around the pool getting sun tans.
