Our last day in Yellowstone National Park and this tie we headed off the beaten path again. This time to Black Canyon. And to run into two, yes two, rattlesnakes.
From the top to the bottom we finish up our terraces exploration by hiking from the spring at the top all the way to the front porch where we would relax, drink libations, and watch elk.
Continuing on with our journey, Paul, Mo, and I get a little higher on the terraces and start to encounter dead trees overcome by these hot spring formulations. The storm intensifies and the sun sets.
