Wew. I got up this morning at 5AM. I went down to Mickey Dees for a big breakfast. Then it was off to Starbucks for a cup of joe and a good read. I also got to play around with my pda, setting up my weeks schedule. I have a busy week ahead. A stone broke my car’s windshield so I have to get it fixed. I have put 25,000 miles on my car and I have to also take it into the dealer to get its check up done. All that and your usual life chores. At least the Giro de Itaila is over and I can start going to bed at a decent time.

Winsted Woods Race
Good morning everyone! It is Sunday and I am about to travel to Winsted for a mountain bike race.
I am hoping to update my page a little before I go out the door. This morning was not good because I went to Starbucks and they don’t open until 7:30. Bummer. I went to Bruggers Bagels instead.
They have very weak coffee.
Ed Smith will be coming to Winstead for the race and I hope to see him there. He called me from his mothers last night. I wish I would of known because I would of liked to visit.
Last night I bought a shirt and some shorts at wal-mart. I needed shorts real bad as I dont have summer clothes. Well my computer is don synchronizing with my PDA so asta la vist.

What Is Up Whith That?
I have something to bitch about. At work, when someone dies. A envelope is passed around for us to contribute. We all get it, even if we don’t know that person. What really pisses me off is that if you don’t want to contribute you must check off your name and state that you are not interested. What fucking bullshit. Is this illegal or something?

Getting Caught up for Star Wars
Good morning! Got some better sleep last night but I didn’t get caught up with my chores. Tonight to get caught up I must clean the house and unpack the car from last weekends race. Tonight is movie night and I think I will be going to Star Wars. I just found out that a major nutrition supplier has a place next to where I live so I will be checking that out tonight before I get groceries and go to GNC. Well, must get done with tie – Bo and off to work.

Well I just had a sausage grinder for lunch. Now I will be guilty all day. I am hoping the weather holds out until I get off work. It is slowly getting colder out there.

Post Chat Blog
Yesterday was a real funky day for me. I couldn’t get motivated to do my regular chores. This morning I am up trying to get caught up. I have to do laundry before I take off for my race in Norwalk CT. Last night I spent 5 hours on line with my mom. I don’t know why I did not play monopoly online with her instead. What we did do was download music so I could make her a music CD. We downloaded every song we could think of. Anyway, I have to get going to the coffee shop so I can get this party started.

Riff Raff
This morning got up and set some new rules for a spammer that has started harassing me. Downstairs got broken into again yesterday. I think it is the daughter of someone upstairs and her riff-raff! Otherwise the weather yesterday was beautiful and my training was spiritual. Tonight is a surprise (cant say now), but first I must shop, run, and clean my car. Race this weekend also.

Sick Day
Yesterday I took a sick day. The pollen counts are high and my sinuses are killing me. I did go mountain bike riding last night though I did go mountain biking. I am so far behind. Tonight after a much needed stop by the coffee shop, I hope do get caught up with the books. Actually, I … well, better get to work. Will finish this thought later.

Impostor Steals Domain
This morning I have learned that I have been ripped of by this company called Interland Inc. They posed as a domain name registrar and took my money. This morning my real domain name registrar e-mailed me that my domain name is expiring. I replied that I paid 45 dollars and their response is that they didn't receive the money. I quickly noticed that they were two companies and that the other was an impostor. I will be contacting the attorney general today and Ill keep you all posted.

Just Another Rainy Day
Going to try a different coffee shop this morning. Got up late and the weather is shitty. I have laundry to do and some house cleaning. Looks like thunderstorms and I have a 2-hour training day. More on that at my mountain bike site! Played monopoly with mom and dad last night but not one of us won. My computer opponent we called Dell won. Damn computer is too smart for its own good. Well I must get in a little tie – Bo then off to the coffee shop.

Livin The Good Life
Yum, went to Willoughby's Coffee and Tea Shop. Had the best macademia and walnut cookie and the coffee isnt bad either. This place reminds me of the Coffee Cat in Plattburgh NY. Speaking of which I will be traveling to in two weeks for a couple of races up there. Talked to Ed this morning and sent text messages to everyone with a cell phone from Bruggers Bagels. I am now headed out the door to go mountain biking. Just found some cool trails just down the street leading to West Rock Ridge.
