When I was young I loved this state because you could do these huge adventures without seeing anyone and camp where ever. We spent some time in the Lewis and Clark National Forest. Not that many people take the trek to this isolated hunk of land that includes the Little Belt Mountain Range. Little Belts as the locals call it. Heck a house in White Sulfur Springs probably is about a fourth of the cost of a place in Bozeman … maybe even a fifth.
