Its Off to Seeley Lake

I am going to Seeley Lake to watch my friends Josh and Larry do the Snow Joke Half Marathon.  I figure this would be a cool place to do some pre season riding.  Upon leaving the apartment this morning I am thinking maybe it will be cold and snowy over yonder …. what am I doing? Yesterday was amazingly busy and after my one hour ride to East Missoula I crashed for a 9 hour slumber (much needed).  Today I plan a 2 hour ride and enjoy my friends race. Did anyone see Levi take the Tour’s time trial yesterday … those Montana boys ….. watch out

My default training interval photo for all the posts about working out.
