I’m all set for the return journey, bags packed and anticipation in the air. Today was a day of quiet moments, keeping company with dad who’s still feeling under the weather from his soreness. In these slow hours, I found solace in a brisk run and captured the essence of our surroundings through my lens. Stay tuned, as I’ll be sharing the visual story of Yuma, Arizona, in just a few days.
The adventure continues tomorrow with a day dedicated to traversing the skies. My route maps out from the sunny stretches of Denver, weaving through the bustling streets of Chicago, and culminating in the familiar embrace of Hartford. A small hiccup in the plan: while I’ll reclaim my car, my loyal canine companion will have to wait until Wednesday for our reunion.
