Film Crews Make WPB Comanche

Two separate Discovery Channel film crews visited West Palm Beach last week to gather footage for upcoming television shows featuring Comanche. Both shows will include interviews with U.S. Army and Comanche team members as well as air-to-ground footage shot on site at the Development Flight Center.

Two separate Discovery Channel film crews visited West Palm Beach last week to gather footage for upcoming television shows featuring Comanche. Both shows will include interviews with U.S. Army and Comanche team members as well as air-to-ground footage shot on site at the Development Flight Center. ”American Chopper“ will tell the tale behind the making of Comanche Bike. Orange County Choppers, led by the father- and-son team of Paul Sr. and Paul Teutel Jr., will custom-make Comanche Bike on episodes set to air on Discovery Channel in July at a date to be determined. The show ”Ultimate Machines“ will feature Comanche in a 12-minute segment during a one-hour documentary about high-tech helicopters. The episode airs on Discovery some time in October. Each week ”American Chopper“ documents the making of theme motorcycles by Orange County Choppers (OCC) of Rock Tavern, N.Y. Since its spring 2003 debut the show has become an instant hit among motorcycle enthusiasts and fans who enjoy the fiery interplay between Paul Jr., Paul Sr., and the OCC bike-making team.
