    Another boring POV. I will say this. It is not boring for the person that rode the trail and recorded the run. I enjoy the re-run, can see lines to improve, and most importantly when we move to Missoula Montana this place is too far away to re-ride and I can look back and some great times on trails.

    So a couple weeks ago Gardner was on fire and Rosie’s Bistro was destroyed. So today’s photos are about just going for my morning walk and checking out. The reason that I couldn’t sleep because of smoke inhalation from the fire was still raging. They’re still trying to put it out even though they said it was under control, only had one fireman on it. I could hear it crackling. I could see Flames.

    So I swung wide and walked around to places in town that were smoke free and discovered an old Gardener jail historical building. Kind of fenced-off. Nobody ever gets to see it. Cool. It’s so small. I wonder if this was the first jail and Gardner.

    Later on that day when the skies cleared, it was so stressful. Mr. Bear started drinking.

    After a race, I feel bad for a couple weeks. But really, I don’t feel bad in that way. I think I have a sinus infection. In fact, if I didn’t have that, I would be back in the flow and feeling rad.

    I see you all have been at my site, checking up on me, so I’ll post a blog.  Thanks for the comment, Pabbo.  I was wondering if anyone was checking it out lately.

    Anyhow! This photo is from last night’s ride on Sheep (mapnew).  Saw a bear. Actually, I did not feel fear and tried walking up to it to take a photo.  It stood there for a while, checking me out.  It was a peaceful moment.  Then my heart rate monitor started beeping and scared it off.

    I have been keeping up with my friends’ adventures.  Their new daughter Willow is a cutie!

    Lulzim has informed me that this weekend is a bad idea. He is up for next weekend, the second weekend in August. Apparently he has an Albanian Party in NYC.
