I Miss the East

Hello from Break Expresso where the music being piped into this cozy but soon to be spacious coffee shop is reminding me of music I used to make my east coast slideshows to. To add to my oxitosin (sp?) splurge was a bumper sticker entitled "Ski Mad River Glen, If you can". This all with a solid foundation built by dreams fed by the knowledge that my buddy Paul was going to Burlington last night ... wondering if he was enjoying his mocha at Muddy Waters, the coolest coffee shop on the planet. OK, so I must shift to the day at hand. A bike ride up the Blackfoot River, some furniture building with plexi-glass and card-board boxes, and a project to send my friends a slide-show CD. First I must overcome last nights festivities. I did the usual laundry, get drunk at Kettle House, and then go grocery shopping. With a major buzz from the Double Haul IPA wearing off I embarked on a mission to eat an entire pint of chocolate ice cream. The result is a hangover ... from sugar or alcohol I don't know. For now let us be in peace with a big ass cinnamon roll, coffee, and am entire day ahead. The Break is not Muddy Waters but it is as close to my buddy as I can get.
