Just got back from a great ride. I did the ride to
Turah and back doing M2 (Cruise Intervals). Last Tuesday I was exhausted and almost did not make it back home. Today I did the same routine and felt good all the way home. It was a real good training ride tonight.
M2 is a routine I do where I get my heart rate to 174 to 162 for 6 minutes at a time. In between I ride real slow and recover. It's not much but a beginning to a structured season. Tomorrow I plan to go tele skiing at Lolo Pass.
