OK here is the low down.
I went to Plattsburgh NY last weekend.
On Thanksgiving day I ran the Turkey Trot 5K with friends Paul and Lucy.
The next day Paul and I hiked up Hurricane Mountain.
Saturday I lounged around and then drove home.
Sunday I enjoyed the warm weather and went mountain biking.
