Where in the world am I from?
Well,
originally I am from Montana . I was born in 1966 and raised
in a town called
Roundup. "The Roundup area is a beautiful oasis located
in the Bull Mountains of Central Montana. According to historians,
Roundup is so named because ranchers found the valley near the
Musselshell River a natural place to "round up" their
cattle in the fall of the year. When the Chicago, Milwaukee and
St. Paul & Pacific railroad reached Central Montana in 1907,
it spurred homestead filings, development of Roundup's rich coal
deposits, and spawned a period of economic boom for the area.
From the 50's to the mid- 80's, the economy in Roundup slumped
due to coal mine closings, drought and the closing of the rail
line. However, due in part to the Great Montana Centennial Cattle
Drive of 1989, which drew thousands of people from across the
U.S., the town has experienced rejuvination. Today, Roundup folks
are intensely proud of their town, and business
is thriving." - http://www.midrivers.com/~pruround/roundup.htm
My racing days
I grew up wanting
to be a professional hockey player. As it turned out I became
a professional athlete, except not in a rink. In 1996 I applied
for professional status and received one from
NORBA. Yes, I race mountain bikes; well, I used to. Now that
I am in school I have to devote my time to studies instead of
dirt. To find out about the local racing scene, click on the

My top five best results
Here it goes with number one being my best:
- New England Championship Series Champion
- Two consecutive Vermont 50 wins
- New York State Pro Series runner up
- 24 hour solo @163 miles
- Over 100 other wins
What am I up to now?
I graduated from
Clinton Community College in 1998 with an associates
degree. I achieved this while racing for the K2
Corporation. Now that I am at Plattsburgh
State University I have found that I can no longer race and
train at the level I was. I retired from racing my first year
at Plattsburgh State to pursue a degree in Computer
Science. In fact, this page was a lab
assignment.
